Each estate hosts between 24 and 40 guests. There are swimming pools, three beaches and beach bars, and a dedicated estate management team ensures their vacation is the perfect mix of relaxation and excitement. The island’s communal areas feature the main Beach House with exclusive dining spaces, two tennis courts, a pickleball court, hiking trails, a fully equipped gym, and a top-of-the-range water sports centre with instructors to ensure that you get the most out of the tantalising blue water that surrounds you. Guests can participate in a host of water sports activities, including kayaking, paddle boarding, SEABOBS, rings and towable fun, plus Hobie-cat sailing. The Estates Cape Stout

The newest addition to the island’s collection of estates – a seamless blend of modern luxury and style, offering astonishing ocean views and direct beach access, along with unlimited access to a power boat and private captain.

The smooth white Mediterranean-style walls of the exterior belie a tasteful mix of colours, patterns, textures, and unique art pieces in the interior of Cape Stout. The seven king-bed suites all have vivid pops of colour, intricate wood detailing, and a plethora of tile finishes, creating a unique and cohesive style throughout the estate. There are two generous primary suites with outdoor showers, jacuzzis, private terraces and gardens.

Even the most active guests won’t get bored at Cape Stout, with its full peloton-equipped gym, separate lap pool, half basketball court that turns into an outdoor movie theatre, and private path to secluded Honeymoon Beach, where you will experience the most stunning snorkeling.

The estate’s vast pool runs under the main villa next to the aptly named Canal Bar – the perfect place to gather for drinks and hors d’oeuvres poolside, before moving to the al fresco dining area for delicious home-made pizza from the wood fire pizza oven, while watching the sunset.

The Point Estate

Perched on the point between two of Moskito’s beautiful beaches, Manchineel Beach and Lime Tree Bay, The Point Estate can host up to 16 adults in its eight king bedrooms and offers convenient walking access to the two beaches and panoramic views of the surrounding islands.

The suites are spread across the property and linked by landscaped pathways and stairs. Each suite features an en suite bathroom, a private terrace, an outdoor shower, and breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. Two large primary suites offer additional seating areas and soaking tubs. A bunk room provides the ultimate den for up to eight kids.

The great room at The Point Estate features a spacious living area with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto a large terrace and the pool, which wraps around the front. The interior design combines contemporary elegance with Balinese influences, featuring natural materials and comfortable furnishings. The roof features an intricately carved wooden map of the world. The villa’s design emphasises natural materials and open spaces, creating a tranquil and inviting atmosphere.

The Oasis Estate

This incredible estate epitomises modern luxury, offering a sleek and contemporary design. Set on the highest part of the island, the striking main villa is designed to look like the bow of a yacht. It is the most modern of all the estates in terms of decor, with a waterfall at the entrance and an elevator from the ground floor to the sky bar. The main villa at The Oasis Estate features an open-plan living area with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide uninterrupted ocean views and two levels of communal living space that are ideal for large groups. The interior design is modern and minimalist, with clean lines, chrome finishes, neutral tones, and high-end furnishings.

Oasis features eleven bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms and an adjacent living area, accommodating up to 22 guests at double occupancy. However, the estate can welcome up to 40 guests when utilising the sofa bed in the living room of each suite.

The guest villas are connected to the main house by a shallow crescent-shaped pool that encircles the estate and meets the deck of each poolside villa, ensuring that you are never more than a few footsteps away from the water.

Oasis is ideal for multi-generational families, with five bedrooms under a single roof. True to its name and due to its size and serene surroundings, this estate is also ideally suited to wellness retreats and corporate incentive groups.

The Village Estate

By far the most eclectic in terms of decor – The Village is the ultimate party pad. In the evening the estate comes alive in a rainbow spectrum of lights, and a hidden DJ booth rises through the floor (yes, really!).

The Village Estate is vibrant and social with a waterslide, an in-pool fire pit, an in-pool dining table, a second pool with a grotto, a luxurious home cinema, and club-level sound systems. The Village Estate can accommodate up to 18 guests in its nine Balinese-style cottage suites, each with en suite bathrooms and private balconies. With a host of bespoke high-tech audio-visual devices, this estate offers a unique blend of traditional architecture and ultra-modern amenities.
