PROPERTY TAX ARREARS

All persons owning property within the BVI who are in arrears with their land and house taxes are reminded that all effort should be made to bring these taxes up to date.   Property taxes in arrears are charged a penalty of 20% per year for each year the taxes remain unpaid.  It is the responsibility for each property owner to ensure that their property taxes are fully paid up.  Please contact the Property Tax Section in the Inland Revenue Department at (284) 494-3701 ext 2155 for additional information.
