MARINA

The 93-slip marina can accommodate boats of up to 130 feet in length and is equipped with all the services a visiting boater would expect. The retail outlets added recently have re-energised the Marina Mall area of the Yacht Harbour which include a coffee shop, dive shop, clothing and gift stores, liquor store, spa and more. The Town Centre Mall facilities include a bank, pharmacy, medical clinic, therapy centre and mobile phone service provider.

The marina is ideally placed to be the welcome arrival point for passengers on the mid-sized cruise ships that call in to Virgin Gorda. The cruise ships anchor at the edge of St Thomas Bay and the passengers are tendered to shore to be greeted by the ship’s staff, in a specially designated area of the marina. From there the passengers can join an island tour to visit the island’s top tourist spots or pass some time browsing in the marina shops.
The main fuel station in the area is found at the Yacht Harbour. It always has both gasoline and diesel available and large quantities of diesel can be delivered quickly and efficiently by speed pump. The fuel station is a secure and easy to dock location which can accommodate vessels of up to 150 feet.

The newly expanded Chandlery is owned and operated by the Yacht Harbour and is now located in the Town Centre Mall area. It stocks all the quality products you need to make a quick fix or to take care of a larger maintenance job.

The Yacht Harbour has an agreement with the Valley Taxi Association to ensure there are taxis waiting at the marina’s taxi stand 24 hours a day.

Book a slip for the night and take the opportunity to buy some extra provisions, squeeze in a treatment at the spa or have a shower in the newly refurbished shower rooms. Then hop in a taxi to dine at one of the highly acclaimed restaurants nearby. Day visitors to the marina can secure a berth for the perfect start point to a visit to the Baths, Coppermine, Gorda Peak and other stunning Virgin Gorda scenic attractions and beaches.

BOATYARD

The Boatyard boasts a large team of experienced technicians to handle a full range of services, including painting, bottom painting, mechanics, fiberglass work, electrical and plumbing work. An emergency repair service is also available 24 hours a day.

The Yacht Harbour is already accepting bookings for storage for the 2025 hurricane season. Over the winter months the boatyard layout has been reconfigured to enable storage for up to 400 boats (dependent on size). The maximum dimensions of vessels that can be accommodated are 150ft in length, 40ft of width, a depth of 10ft and 350 tonnes.

Due to the capacity of the travel-lift (350 tonnes), vessels from USVI, Puerto Rico and further across the region choose Virgin Gorda for haul-out and storage, to safely pass the hurricane season.
