MAIN LEVEL

Bar seating for four surrounds the primary kitchen adjacent to an expansive eight seated formal dining area. Sliding doors lead to a screened-in grill kitchen with additional bar seating for six, or step right outside to the main veranda for an ocean view sunset dinner.

It includes a plasma TV, a coffee/tea/bar station and a small refrigerator.

The lower level also offers an ocean view veranda and open-air lounge, ideal for reading, yoga or massage. A wooden walkway at the end of a shaded patio connects to the pool deck.
