Wooden railings that have been lovingly maintained adorn the tiled deck, which is longer than the house itself and boasts plenty of room to relax in the lounge chairs to take in the ocean view or to entertain.
The most popular room has to be the great room, which is decorated with Tommy Bahama furniture and has a large tiled breakfast bar as well as an inside dining area. The approach is minimalist, lending the room an air of spacious solitude. The couches allow for intimate conversations and the area is separate from the kitchen and other areas of social interaction. Although the house is large, extreme detail has been given to the idea of personal space and social interface.
Lone Palm Villa is finished and ready to live in. Currently the owners employ a management company to attend to the property’s upkeep, although personal attention is evident.
This home is strategically placed for privacy but is close to Carrot Bay and West End as well as haunts such as Cane Garden and Long Bay. The grounds are professionally landscaped and consist of abundant banana, other fruit trees and Christmas Palms.
